- Within Canada, Best Canadian uses Canada Post special delivery. Within 24 hours of receipt of your order, we will issue to you via your own personal email notice your special Canada Post tracking number.

Returns
Please contact us and let us know the reason for your exchange. We will then provide you with a return shipping address. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, undamaged and re-sellable condition. The items must have original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of the original receipt or invoice with the merchandise. We strongly suggest your return package be traceable and insured. We cannot be responsible for lost packages that we did not ship ourselves. We do not accept any returns via COD. Shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Best Canadian will pay shipping expenses for outgoing exchanged items.
Best Canadian does not charge a restocking fee.
If the exchange generates a balance due, we will send an email to arrange your payment, which can be processed through PayPal or by phone. As soon as the balance is paid we will ship your new item.
